• You are at least 21 years of age. di77 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy registration or using di77 on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by di77 for breach of these Terms or any other di77 policy.
• You are registering and using di77 for personal entertainment only. Use of the Platform for professional arbitrage, syndicate betting, or any organised commercial operation is prohibited.
• The funds you deposit and use on di77 are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

4. Account Registration and KYC

To use di77, you must register a single personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You must provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. di77 is entitled to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

• Each individual may hold only one active di77 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at di77's discretion, with any balance subject to review.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. Do not share your account details with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your di77 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify di77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• di77 may require enhanced KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on di77 — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. di77 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on di77.

• The minimum deposit amount on di77 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, deposits above certain amounts may trigger additional verification requirements under di77's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on di77 is ৳500. di77 does not charge any withdrawal fees. The full amount requested will be credited to your registered Bangladesh payment method, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard accounts receive withdrawals within 30 minutes. VIP Gold tier and above receive priority processing, with most withdrawals completing within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account. di77 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or to payment methods not registered in your name.
• di77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for any account that is under security review, KYC verification, responsible gaming assessment, or investigation for suspected breach of these Terms. Processing will resume once the relevant review is complete.

6. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

di77 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published for each individual bonus offer at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your di77 account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders, even if the existing account was closed and a new one opened.
• di77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including retroactively where there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or circumvention of bonus conditions.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game types specified in the individual bonus terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum cashout limits may apply to certain bonuses. Where a maximum cashout applies, any winnings in excess of that limit derived from bonus play will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

di77 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to place bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as bonus hunting or bonus whoring), or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on di77. Specific rules for individual game types — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — are available within each game and on the relevant product pages on di77.

• All bets placed on di77 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended or cancelled after the confirmation screen is accepted by the user. di77 is not liable for bets placed in error by the user.
• di77 reserves the right to void any bet where a software or pricing error has caused odds or game outcomes to be displayed incorrectly. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account.
• The outcome of all casino games on di77 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. di77 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP values for each game are published within the game's information panel.
• For sports betting, di77 publishes official rules for each sport. In the event of ambiguity, the published sport-specific rules take precedence. Where no sport-specific rule exists, the decision of di77's trading team is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are visible within the betting interface and are subject to change. di77 may also apply individual account bet limits at its discretion based on account history and risk profile.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on di77. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any account balance, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using di77 in connection with any proceeds of crime. di77 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with di77 in a non-human manner — including but not limited to auto-clickers, bet-placement bots, or any form of artificial intelligence used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, dealer manipulation, or any coordinated activity designed to circumvent game mechanics or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Registering more than one account on di77, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt di77's systems, servers, or databases through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any other technical exploit.
• Using di77 in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in Bangladesh, including but not limited to laws relating to online gambling, financial transactions, data privacy, and consumer protection.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

di77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• A request by the user to close their account voluntarily, including self-exclusion requests made through di77's Responsible Gaming tools.
• A legal requirement, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring di77 to suspend or terminate the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity. Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. di77 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying a dormancy fee or closing the account.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited. Where an account is closed voluntarily or for inactivity, any verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 14 business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

di77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. The Platform is designed for entertainment. If gambling is affecting your financial wellbeing, mental health, relationships, or daily functioning, please use the tools available to you on di77 or contact support immediately.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account from the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which di77 will display a reminder and offer the option to end your session. Session limits can be configured from account settings.
• Cooling-off period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During this period you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from di77 at any time by contacting support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, di77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or di77 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

di77's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your di77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

di77 may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, di77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, di77 will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or via the email address associated with your account, where available.
